Alternative dispute resolution isn\u2019t the right choice for all situations.<\/p>\n
For instance, disputes where an imbalance of power can put one side at a disadvantage. Or situations where communication between the parties has broken down to such an extent that even a neutral third party can\u2019t help.<\/p>\n
Additionally, not all forms of alternative dispute resolution conclude with a legally binding result, which may be a problem in some situations.<\/p>\n
When ADR methods don\u2019t work or aren\u2019t appropriate, the case will go to court.<\/p>\n
